A New year and A New Look

I decided to make a few changes to my blog. I have been getting some spam comments so I have temporarily reverted back to the blogger comment form. I really liked Intense Debate, and may go back to them if I can get the moderation and spam blocker to work properly.

I don't know if I will keep this look or not. It is a little busy. But, I immediately thought of myself and my work schedule as of late when I saw this layout.

I have a lot of gadgets on my blog and I may delete a few more to clean it up a little.
This was really easy for me to do this time. I didn't have to email my friend Brian at all! That is a big accomplishment for me.

Since my blog has become more diversified, I decided to just periodically change the quotes in the header.

The layout was a free download (my favorite kind), and I did a little reading on how to move my widgets so I didn't lose any. Since I am a serious novice at this, I chose a pre-formatted layout and just added my own stuff to it. I can change the fond colors and such but I like the calming of the greens.

I look forward to hearing from all of you as to your opinion of my new look.

    lol I am using this layout too. It's very etsy and I get such a great vintage feel from it that I couldn't resist it!

    I like the new look; and also with your old one I had problems opening it sometimes but no problems with getting this one to load

    Great minds do thing=k alike! I really like the colors in this one. Seems like i looked at 100's of layouts before deciding on this one. Glad you like it!

    I am glad this one loads for you with no problem. I had a few problems when I uploaded the old one. That should have been a red flag for me.

    I like this; especially the fact that is has 3 columns. I like the colors - green is always my favorite color in any variation.

    I get plenty of spam too, but am lucky enough to have a nice WordPress Plugin to block most. Spam bots are very annoying. I like the new layout, it has more personality. Looking forward to the guest post.
